Help Prevent (or Fight) Osteoporosis With This Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

I love this greek yogurt breakfast bowl because it’s packed with nutrients and ready to go in just a few minutes (I recommend leaving it in the fridge overnight so you’re all prepped for the next day). As a bonus, non-fat Greek yogurt is high in calcium (you’ll get 18% of your RDI from one container), which means it’s perfect for strengthening bones and preventing osteoporosis. It also contains a good amount of protein, vitamins, and fiber.

Directions
Add your preferred amount of Greek yogurt to a large bowl. Add any toppings you’d like (this is the fun part) and enjoy! It’s really that easy.
